" My (Kennedy's) priorities are as Clerk of the Circuit Court:
#1. to bring back Democratic working men & women civil rights and better training for the workforce of the Clerk of Court's office: (A.) by removing the "without cause" dismissal direction from the incumbent Clerk of Courts' Employee handbook. (B.) doing away with the"at will " unconstitutional employee status imposed by the incumbent's administrator.* (C.) initiating a fair "Collective Bargaining" process for employees of the Courts; and (D.) initiating an efficient complaint process access directly to a "Kennedy"Courthouse system to help people report and rectify Court administration mistakes or corruption, "undue influence", falsified documents, mistakes( intrinsic or extrinsic), inferior or improper service from an employee or Servant of the Courts.
# 2. Bring back the foundations of a Democracy...'Checks & Balances" to Broward County Court Justice and Government oversight. This will ensure the people's voting rights and priorities are restored permanently. This very important duty of the Clerk of Circuit Court has been completely ignored by the incumbent's ( Forman )administration almost 12 years.

Changing her career from Public School teacher and founding a publicly funded non-profit 1977-1981, she founded her financial services firm in 1982 in Broward County, Florida. Kennedy professionally helped plan the retirement and employee benefits for Hospitals, Colleges, Corporations, Government agencies (including Clerk of Courts, Bob Lockwood's office )and small businesses for 26 years. Many Broward County Civic Organizations, including Nova /Southeastern University and Pennsylvania State University, gave awards to Bev Kennedy for her success and integrity. Kennedy, as a professional strategic planner tried to solve Broward County's lack of budgetary spending priorities without proper feasibility planning to warrant the expense. She wanted to avoid expensive problems like neglect of proper maintenance of county court buildings and infrastructure.
